Project Overview
Hai Al Naseem is a mixed-use urban development featuring residential, commercial, and community facilities designed to provide a modern and convenient living environment. Spanning an area of 355,000m2 with over 1000 residential units, Hai Al Naseem was Sohar Precast’s first mega residential project. Hollowcore slabs were being delivered at a rate of one villa floor per day.
